Who is behind the 'CAR BOMB' case?
After a successful coup, it seems like the Car Bomb case would become a halt. Actually it will surely be in oblivion like many other unsolved cases in this country.
Let me remind you that a car bomb is an incident that a group of Thai soldiers had plotted to kill ex-PM Thaksin Shinnawatra by using a Daewoo sedan filled with dotonation materials just a few weeks before the real coup occurred.
It began when police had caught Lt Thawatchai Klinchana one of the team members at scene. It led to the charges of other suspects who happened to be subordinates of Gen.Pullop Pinmanee and other very high-ranking Army officers. The investigation was almost done. The suspects are about to be charged and prosecuted under the rule of Thai law.
Shortly after the investigation, the Army staged a coup. Many observers of Thai politics believe that one hidden reasons of the coup is to protect some 'very' higher-ranking Army officers from being convicted by the police.
After the coup and the rules of Thai JUNTA, the CAR BOMB case will surely rest in the dusty file of Thai police. Again justice is being delayed in Thailand.
I found this vdo footage featuring Maj Gen.Kattiya Sawatdipol (Sae Dang). In his defensive argument against the car bomb case, he offered his thesis that the then-government staged a fake car bomb to imply that 'some very influential persons' had been involved in the planned killing of Thaksin'.
In min 2.10 of the video, Sae Dang mentioned the names of the plotters such as Gen.Surayuth Chulanonda and Gen.Prem Tinsulanon. Surprisingly, these people were later to have been involved in the military coup to topple Thaksin in one way or another.

Like many other incidents in the Thai history, this is the fact that most Thais don't like to talk about. Most good and capable Thais who have helped the country are always envied by incapable officials and elites.
The coup just confirms the fact that PM Thaksin said about "influencial person."

I'm thai an leaving here for a while, have seen thai politic just moved around a cycle every 10- 15 years a killing field after the coup de'tar. here are my comment as a thai folks.
1. the const- law need an article and impose the duty of Army commander and chief cmmander to be beeing executed if our consti- law was burnt down.
2.All of thai institutions needed to be blameed acc to they fail to grow thai students to understand ad love democ.
3 Thai army/ police officer school needed to be condemped off from thier silly products that having an extra duty as to burn thai const- law.
4. Thai media and bangkokian need to be educated what is the majority rules.
5. thai royal is a vitim as to signe an amneaty regist, so say not permited to signe this fucking law in the consti-law

He's asking for social conciousness but he has't got. and is a real tyrant of thailand or a power mad dog, any where if we not issue any new regist impose any time consti- law burnt down the army commander must be executed. we'll never becme demo- country!!!!???
May I apologies for my poor English but somehow I'd like you to understand some of my opinions about our poor Thailand which worship by royal Thai officers who're coming in for power.
1) Democracy in Thailand started 1932 till now 2007 what is the differences, due to this reality, I definitely believe that all Thai educ- institutes and teachers need to be condemned for those poor products whose don't know what is democracy like their teachers then both of them support stupid coup to show up unlike others civilized country or told to be quiet. please, don't forget the army commander is an Evil to Thailand most of time after that all of them are rich?
2) Thai officers school are even worst made its products to ruin constitution law and make another rubbish one again and again.it's more* funny when those teachers became part of coup*, why they lied us to believe that *constitution law *is supreme law but not what ever those *Tyrant words only*.
3) To fix this problems we need to make a new constitution law like every other countries which every ones is under its power or shit will happen again after *Thai bloodshed!* ah no ones will be guilty too those Thai have to die like stray dogs or *I rag*. should we be proud of our officers school.
4) The first article of Thai constitution law must mention whenever coup make problems their *supreme commanders, commander and assistants needed to be executed* within 100 years unless they protect our constitution law otherwise our teachers will be specialized in constitution making which they'd have part time job in some new countries but not Thailand.
Those are my poor opinions from my poor education for our poor country. I know you might not care about it but at least you could read and know from a grass root not only from mars.
Thai military has been waiting to find reasons for coup d'etat. Having been brain washed and taught in the military school with misconception and outdated belief that only the military people are honest and capable to rule the country. They never and will never believe in democracy. The only and one reason they can think of is the corruption among politicians. They will never accept the Parliament and judiciary system in Thailand. Let's wait and see how they corrupt in the near future. No checking system during the junta regime.
